To enable participants to choose and apply appropriate tools to manage themselves, other people, and organisations involved in humanitarian programmes : HR processes, HR organisation, recruitment, performance management, staff development, quality and accountability in people management, leadership, management and delegation, strengthening organisational capacity, organisational strategy, change management, stress management, cross-cultural awareness, managing team safety and security, creating and developing trust in diverse teams.

Audience persons already working or willing to work as a manager in the humanitarian sector.

Prerequisites mandatory previous experience in project or programme management. Level B2 minimum in English (according to European language levels - Self Assessment Grid).
